They were excellent to work with. Last year I bought my vehicle being out of state, drove 9 hrs for the vehicle. They did a great job working through the title transfer technicalities and the loan origination (competing offers) both leading up to the purchase and upon my arrival. Brandi, Ken and the gentleman that handled the financing paperwork were all professional, welcoming and wholesome.

If you want a great deal you have to get far away from Savannah, Pooler, Hinesville, Statesboro, and Hardeeville. Mr Mizell and Mr Rollins are good and decent guys that you can depend on to give you the very best deal on what you’re looking for.

Very nice people and they don't play around and hassle you!! Went for oil change, tire rotation and 22 point inspection. In and out within an hour. Mr. Mizell is at this location I will keep going to this Ford dealership rather than the Waynesboro Ford dealership too many problems with this place; messy.

I have wanted one of the new Broncos since they came out. I went to Sylvania Ford, which is a 4 hour trip for us after speaking with Matt and Todd. I was finally able to drive away in a 2021 Ford Bronco. It was a very easy and quick process, wonderful service and the prices are great to, far better than those we found in Myrtle Beach. Ken and Matt were terrific. When I called about the Ranger Raptor they were quick to make sure it was available and work out a deal for me to pick it up the next week. No mark up or add ons required which is rare for a in demand vehicle. Todd in finance was easy to work with, provided me with the best rate out of all dealers I spoke to, and offered a platinum extended warranty for a very reasonable price. I would buy a car or truck from here again no questions asked.
This last oil change I was not satisfied at all I had a check engine light was not told what was going on with it or give my inspection check sheet like normal after my service I look for those so I can know what’s going on with my car for upkeep longevity
Everyone we dealt with here was extremely helpful and understanding. They stayed nearly 2 hours after closing time to help seal the deal on our new suv. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new car!
