They were excellent to work with. Last year I bought my vehicle being out of state, drove 9 hrs for the vehicle. They did a great job working through the title transfer technicalities and the loan origination (competing offers) both leading up to the purchase and upon my arrival. Brandi, Ken and the gentleman that handled the financing paperwork were all professional, welcoming and wholesome.

If you want a great deal you have to get far away from Savannah, Pooler, Hinesville, Statesboro, and Hardeeville. Mr Mizell and Mr Rollins are good and decent guys that you can depend on to give you the very best deal on what you’re looking for.

Everything was good. Called and scheduled the appointment, arrived at that time and they were ready and immediately took vehicle back and performed service. When I went to pay, she explained all that was done and asked if there were any questions.
Dude assumed my window calibration was off, he found out it wasn’t within 2 mins max walking to my car. They charged me $62 and didn’t do shit 😂 I wish I could give this dealership 0 stars. I understand I won’t return or recommend anyone here. 3 hours wasted. And to go on you guys don’t deserve labor fee because you did no labor 😂 what the hell

Very nice people and they don't play around and hassle you!! Went for oil change, tire rotation and 22 point inspection. In and out within an hour. Mr. Mizell is at this location I will keep going to this Ford dealership rather than the Waynesboro Ford dealership too many problems with this place; messy.

My experience was terrible!! Need a tire rotation and an oil change. The lady said $180. I said that's a little steep but went along with it anyways. Picked my truck up 7 hrs later, they did not rotate my tires and charged me $171.89 for an oil change that I've been getting at other dealerships for $129. I will not be back !!!
When I first got my car everyone was hands down the best. I bought a 2023 ford escape. Brand new. After only having it not even 3 months my temp gauge would tap out if I passed someone. Took it to the ford place it took them almost 2 weeks to look at it and “get it fixed”. Well it’s happening again except the service department was very rude today and disrespectful. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! Took my 2017 F150 in for sunroof and turbo replacement. It literally took them 6 months to work on my truck. Finally when I went to pick up my truck I asked for a key fob to be ordered and for them to fix the fog lights and camera that wasn’t working after the work was done on truck. Here it is a year later and still no key fob nor any contact. Definitely wouldn’t recommend the shop for work to be done on your vehicle.

Parts changers took truck home to fix it WILL NOT return plus they broke plastic trim around firewall worst service in a long time from ford dealer i guess thats how they sell new vehicles they tear up your old one then say its just worn out it broke because its old
Got a great deal but week later AC went bad took it back thinking they would repair and they would for $1800.00 I believe it was gas up long enough to make the sale .so if you by a used truck make sure you have it checked out by a mechanic you can
Took my truck in to have the breaks checked out while on vacation. Came back to pick up my truck, breaks were never addressed and when I started my truck it was making a terrible noise. A lot of strange things with this whole experience. The mechanic said he test drove my vehicle but he did press on the breaks to check the calibers. The break pad I asked to be put on are still sitting in my front seat. The mechanic refused to speak with my mechanic who knows the vehicle. He had to be asked several times and ... Was treated disrespectfully by owner when asking for help contacting Ford motor company. He told me to take my truck somewhere else that he didn't want to take time to help me. He was just too busy.
